Thank you for visiting the Brooklet Peanut Festival Website! If you've never heard of Brooklet, you have now. Brooklet is a small town in Southeast Georgia. We are located in Bulloch County only about 45 minutes from Savannah.
Our festival is held each year on the third Saturday in August. There are many aspects to our festival. Links to the areas of the festival can be found above.
THE 22ND ANNUAL FESTIVAL WAS HELD ON AUGUST 20, 2011!
Volunteers offered a free shuttle service with designated shuttle stops. See this map for shuttle stop locations.
Here is a brief rundown of what happened at the 22nd Annual Brooklet Peanut Festival:
7 AM - Peanut Run
10 AM - Parade Begins (televised on WTOC cable Channel 11 Savannah)
Beginning at 10 AM - Arts & Crafts and Food Vendors available
Beginning following the parade - Live Free Entertainment at the festival site
7 PM - Street Dance Begins
10:30 PM - Street Dance Ends, Farewell to another great festival
